Our Process
How each of our structures is crafted.
1. Cleaning
Each batch of rocks is cleaned as it comes in, then organized on racks for easy selection.
Gluing
This is where the structure comes to life. We hand-select rocks and glue them together, piece by piece, to build the final form.
3. Curing
The structure cures until fully dry, then gets washed clean.
4. Mortaring
Using E400, we mortar the entire piece once it's dry from the wash. This seals and bonds every original glue point into one solid structure, while blending everything together for a natural, seamless look.
5. Curing (again)
The structure cures fully, then is washed a second time.
6. Color Matching
We spray a touch-up colorant to match and blend the whole structure into a unified finish.
7. Final Cure
One last dry and wash to complete the piece.
8. Ready to sell
Once fully dried, each piece is racked for display — photographed for online listings or set up in our local showroom.
